Up next was a Public Speaking Poem Recitation by the Winner of the Poem Reading Competition; an event held in school by the Speech & Drama Club. Let truth be told, studies showed that the no. 1 fear in life is public speaking, and to witness our student Fatin Amni standing alone on the stage with only a microphone calmly reciting her poem and capturing the audience full attention with her confidence and stage presences was unbelievable. Honestly we had our doubt but she clearly prove us wrong, kudos to her.

Awards for the 6 yrs old student was up next followed by Dikir Barat by the 6yrs old boys, singing a song that was inspired back in 2010; after noticing that almost everyone in class was singing the same song, change the lyrics and was an instant hit at school.

Next was the awards for 4 yrs old student followed by a special play by the Speech And Drama Club : Caterpillar Voices. The children was so brave on stage doing their thing, acting and delivering their scripts just like any ordinary day and captivating the audience with their showmanship and confidence. There was not a single hint of shyness coming from them, subahanallah.

And the caterpillar finally came out.

Finally it the 4yrs and 5yrs old student to take the stage again, doing a Chanting entitle The Bear Hunt, which was head by Qaisara (5yrs) and Mariessa (4yrs). It was definitely a show worth waiting for, with lots of uhhhh and ahhhh moments,seeing those adorable children so comfortable on stage and overdosing on their cuteness .

The moments that we have been waiting for is finally here. The Class of 2011 took their final walk up the stage complete with robe and hat, and looking so handsome and beautiful. It was a bitter sweet ending for us, bitter as we wont be seeing their anymore, sweet knowing they are ready to face the world.

It was truly been a privilege to be your teachers and thank you so much for all the laughter that you bring to our life. Congratulation Class of 2011. May your life hereafter be guided with Allah grace,blessing, mercy and love, insyallah.

Assalamualaikum ,

Syukur alhamdulillah for His willing, blessing and guidance, our 2011 Grand Ihtifal & Concert went smoothly. The event was held in Jade Hills Resorts Clubhouse on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, 12th Nov. It was such a memorable event that we had to break the post into part 1 and part 2.

It was a day to remember especially to our beloved Class of 2011 graduates, who worked so hard on all of their performances, which consist of Dua recitation with translation, Cultural Dance, Dikir Barat, a Play, a Poem recitation, and lastly the choir. A day especially dedicated to them as our honored guest. The rest of the student have an important parts to play too..

The day started with an Opening Performance: Stick Dance, where all the student dance in a pitch black hall with a glow in the dark stick followed by a showcase from the Aikido Kids with a special performance from Aikido Superstar Iffat, Afiq, Fahim and Wafiy . The event was officiated with a Dua by Ustaz Harul N. followed by a special welcoming speech by the masters of ceremony. Our first performance was a '1000 Dinar Dua Recitation and Translation' by the year 6 student, followed by '4 Qul Recitation' by the year 5 student and 'Daily Zikir and Taubat Nasuha Dua Reciatation with Translation' by the 4 years old student.

After the 5 yrs old Awards Presentation, the show continued with a 'Rhythm Coordination' performance by our 5 yrs old student followed by the 6yrs old girls 'Cultural Dance'. It was such an over whelming feeling to witness these children not only able to coordinate the musical instrument to the music but also manage to memorize the difficult fan dance choreography, with out any assistance from teachers during the show, maasyaallah.

Report Card Day

Assalamualaikum,

We had our final Parents Teacher Meeting for school session 2011 recently, alhamdulillah.

The day started from as early as 8.30am and ended at 3pm. It was a intimate discussion where we sit with the parents of each individual student and discuss about the academic, spiritual and personal growth of their children. The class standing result from the final term was also relieved.

We would to thank all parents who manage to fit the meeting into their busy schedule life and truly grateful for all the kind words.

The time of the month is here again, alhamdulillah. It was a double celebration for the children, September & October Birthday Bash.

This time around we introduce a team based traditional games for the 6yrs ,ie Bola Kaki Tiga , and the 4yrs old and 5 yrs old enjoyed themselves with nenek-nenek and ibu ayam and musang games. It was rewarding to see them smiling and could not stop talking about it to each other even in class.

New Branch Opening in 2012

Assalamualaikum,

Alhamdulillah, with the grace of Allah and His willing, we will be opening our 2nd branch of Nur Khalifah Kindergarten in Puncak Saujana, Kajang.

Our 2nd branch will still be an English Islamic Creative kindergarten but will be operating under an independent program as regulated by Ministry Of Education's standard.

It consist of the standard marking levels of a child's academic achievement in all aspect particularity the 4M ie: reading, writing, counting and reasoning (membaca, menulis, mengira,menaakul ), cognitive skills, communication skills between teachers and peers, sociology and emotional development, physical development, Islamic knowledge that consist of akhlaq, adab, seerah, hafazan .

Not only that, we will also adopt Dr. Gardner theory of multiple intelligence model to cater each and every student to ensure they fully develop and grow to their highest potential.

It feels like it was just yesterday we welcomed our student to school, and now we are almost to the end of 2011. The children has grown so much since the first time we see them, education and sociology wise,and understanding that Islam is not just as religion, its a way of life.

Final term 2011 examination for all student will be held sometime in October, so we decide to have an intensive revision marathon on Maths subject. Our 6 years old however will have an extra paper of English subject too.

We would like to encourage parents to ensure that your children doesn't miss a day of school as the final term exam paper will be based on this marathon sheet.

Eid Celebration 2011

Assalamualaikum,

The much anticipated 1st day of school after the term break is finally here. The children was so excited to come to school today in their respective 'Baju Raya' for the Eid Celebration 2011.

The boys came in their baju melayu complete with songkok and sampin, and some in jubah and kupiah. Meanwhile the girls looked so beautiful in their colorful baju kurung and hijab. Somehow the color red seems to be the favorite color this year.

The day started with a practical solat as usual but with a twist where we performed solat sunat Eid instead followed by takbir raya and salam session between all of the students. Next were the photo session before they were served with yummy food.To foster the spirit of Eid and ukhwah, the childrens sat together and eat side by side for Eid brunch, and was also entertained with some festive music while they dine. The day ended with a salam session with all the teacher after arts & craft and reading session was completed.

It was a memorable day for all of us teachers included. Thank you so much for all the melt in your mouth Sugi's, mouth watering Tarts, out of this world Almond London's, much anticipated traditional Samprits, hot and spicy Knotted Popiah and all the other delicious kueh raya, not forgetting the hampers too . May Allah rewards your kindness with the highest reward, amin.

Ramadhan Al Mubarak..

Assalamualaikum ,

The much anticipated holy month of Ramadhan is finally upon us, Alhamdulillah and it is our duty as the khalifah of Allah to oblige the 3rd pillars of Islam: Fasting.

The children has been practicing the niat for fasting and the breaking of fast duas for few days now .They were also briefed on adab during the fasting month especially for the student is not fasting and not forgetting the importance of sahur.

To encourage our young caliphs to fast, we have made a simple but yet special tag for them to wear proudly in school even if they could just manage to fast till noon. It is heartwarming to see our student as young as 5yrs old has started fasting full day, maasya-Allah.

Assalamualaikum to all parents and friends,

In conjunction with our August monthly theme: Animal and integrating the holy month of Ramadhan, with the help of one of our Teacher's parents,we present a 'Puppet Show' especially for our student.

They children enjoyed themselves singing, interacting and deciding what the story line for the play will be. It was refreshing to see them throwing their ideas to the floor and not being afraid to voice their opinion. Even the parent who assisted us was shocked to see such good feedback and creative ideas coming from the children as young as 4 yrs old.

On every school term, we will arrange a day for our parents and teachers to meet up and talk about their children's progress and achievements throughout the 1st term of school.

Alhamdulillah, this year due to the incising number of student, our parents and teacher meet was held on 10th and 11th of July 2011. We discuss about anything concerning the children from their personal achievement to areas that needed improvement.

It's the time of the month again where we celebrate the turning of age for our students. In conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan, we've decided to collaborate July's birthday celebration with August's birthday, hence what we called 'The Big Bang Birthday Bash of 2011'.

The children basically knew that today was going to be, a day to remember as soon as they start seeing boxes after boxes of goodies beg, Tupperware after Tupperware of contributed food and also 7 birthday cakes came parading down the hall and it didn't stop there :)

We were so grateful to have a special visit from 'Mr Clown' again for the second time of the year, maasya-Allah. Thank you so much parents, words cannot describe our deepest gratitude. May Allah rewards you with the highest rewards for all your generosity, amin.

Mid Term Exams & Assesment Week

Assalamualaikum and Good Morning,

Today marked as the the first day of examination and assessment week for our young caliphs at LCPS. Our 6yrs old will be having their exams meanwhile the 5 yrs and 4 yrs will be assess by their teacher on lesson taught for the past 6 month, guided by the Ministry of Education's standard instruments.

The children exam and assessment consist of all aspect, particularly reading and writing abilities, communication skills between teachers and peers, physical development, Islamic knowledge which consist of akhlaq, adab, seerah, hafazan, sociology and emotional development, cognitive skills and in related subjects such as English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mathematics and Science.

We used our main hall as the examination hall complete with signs around the hall to maintain the noise level to the minimum. The children were briefed prior to each papers, and should they need to ask any question, all they need to do is to raise up their hand. Most important, there will no speaking allowed between students, just like the examination we use to take in our school days.

Day 1 went smoothly with no incident, Alhamdulillah. It seems that the children understood the full concept of examination and assessment.

The 6yrs old student participated in 3 event : Walking Turtle, Pyramid Cup and the finale event 'Run Caliphs Run'. They had waited patiently and now its their turn to take the stage, all pumped up and excited.

Unfortunately our school photographer could only snaps the photos from the sideline unlike on previous event. Nevertheless we still manage to capture some interesting photos. As the day get brighter and hotter, somehow the most inner track gets softer. We had to help some student with the turtle walk as the equipment sank into the track which make it even harder for the children to walk on.

While the children were on break before the award presentation ceremony, the parents participated in the 'Siamese Chicken' event created especially for LC parents. It was a sweet ending to a hard day when we heard that we became the 'LC Annual Sports Day 2011', Champion! Masya-Allah. Congratulation to all our caliphs for all the hard work. You really deserve the win for never giving up even when we were last. Slow and steady wins the race, Alhamdulillah.

Assalamualaikum,

First and foremost we would like to thank Allah for His blessing and guidance in making this event a success. Our first sports day was jointly organized with 3 other Little Caliphs programmed operator; LC Bangi Sek 3, LC Bangi Sek. 7 and LC GMI.

We were the 'Chilli Red' that day where all of our children was in their red sports attire complete with cap. Their parents and family too was in our school color to show their support!

The day started with an Official Parade ceremony where all participating students from all school marched to the track. Once all 4 colors was at the grand stand, the children start to recite dua's, pledge, dance exercise and lastly, the school cheer.

The opening event was held by the 4 yrs old where they participated in 2 event; Crawl Baby Crawl and Basket Balls. We receive few penalties as some of our students missed out few step in the event. Assalamualaikum,

The first week of school after the mid term school holidays was a hectic week for us. Even tho we are busy with our first official Sport Day 2011, we could still squeeze a birthday celebration of our 5 special children today.

Our birthday boys and girls was practically glowing knowing that they are the guest of honor today. Nooreizzrul Iffat turns 6 yrs old today meanwhile Kamilia A. , Farah N. and Adam F. turns 5 yrs old meanwhile Nasreen U. turns 4 yrs old.

To see their excitement, smiles and knowing that they really enjoyed the day, really make it all worthwhile.

'Oh Allah, please guide our children to be a good caliphs, to be a good example to others and be kind to our surrounding'.

Asslamualaikum and greetings everybody.

The month of May witness our very own Haziq and Najihah's turning of age. They are proudly 5 yrs old this month and like any other children out there, they wants to celebrate their special day with close friends, in their case 60 of their closes friends!

In the era of science and technology where the children are more expose to TV and video games, we at LC Kajang decided to turn to a more traditional approach, where we introduce traditional games to them ever since we first operated back in 2010. Our aim is to generate ukhwah through fun and games.

The day started with a bang where the children enjoyed them self with music & movement, followed by our flavor of traditional games of the month 'Fox & Chic'. There was screaming, running, sweat dripping, and not to forget excitement that could not be describe in words. Let the picture speak for them self !

Assalamualaikum and Good Evening everyone.

As some of you may have known, we are now conducting a Speech And Drama Classes for "Ultimate Readers Club" in LC Kajang : Seri Atun, once a week. This module is especially designed to cater our fluent readers to help them improve their pronunciation, speaking, discussion and conversational skills while their other classmates can fully focus in developing their basic reading skills.

Why speech and drama?

Speech is communicating with one another and Drama is choosing an interesting way to express it.

Fear of speaking in public or socializing with peers is not uncommon for children. They are anxious, afraid of being ridiculed or being the center of attention. The truth is, these fears will stay and develop in children, long into adulthood – if not challenged. Speech and Drama builds or develops - Confidence, Self-Esteem, Social Skills and Conversational Ability.It also teaches empathy. It provides opportunities for children to experience the world from perspectives outside their own. Speech and Drama lessons are not just meant for reserved children but for the exuberant ones too. Drama is a wonderful way through which they can channel their energies to find innovative methods of creating and expressing!

The benefits of speech and drama are obvious. Children become self-confident and at the same time become good communicators!

We believe that children should and have the right to be children. Speech and Drama definitely gives them the opportunity to have fun, all well-disguised of course!

Our 1st Aikido session went smoothly, alhamdulillah. The children was so excited once they saw the instructor laying down the blue exercise mat. They were treated with a quick self defense demo followed by some stretching then straight away to the basic of Aikido.

At the end of the day , they walk away with not only self defense knowledge but also a little bit of simple Japanese :)

We had a huge surprise installed for the children today. We receive a special visit from 'Uncle Bob The Clown' courtesy of one of the student's parent ( jazakalwahhuhairan katira) . The children were entertained with a magic show and some game. Each children walked away with their own sculptured balloon, 3 goodies beg and a memory to last a lifetime.

It was definitely a day to remember for Afreena Mariessa, Aisyah Nurkamilah, Nawal Adnin Sofea, Hani Nursyabihah, Afiq Naqiuddeen, Dania Hananni, M Aiman and Fatin Amni .Mya you grow to be a good khalifah of Allah, insyaallah.

2011 Annual School Excursion

Assalamualaikum,

Well to start with, this year was totally different comparing to last year. Getting things organize was a lot harder this time around. Our big group of 60 student was divided into 10 mini group to fill up 2 big yellow school bus.

The day started with a mini assembly at school before we headed off to the fire-station. The children was off the roof when they saw the big bright red firetruck equipped with the hose and the shinny ladder. They were literally screaming.

We headed to Beryl's Chocolate Factory next. The children was on sugar high with all you can eat chocolate by the time we head for lunch at National Mosque. Our next stop was only a few minutes away. Kuala Lumpur Bird Park was simply amazing. The children had first hand experience feeding the beautiful parrots and seeing the chicken hatchery. At first they were scared to touch the birds but by the time we left , they was practically best friend.

Its the time of the month again where we celebrate birthday at school. Each and every children is special, and they definitely deserve to be the guess of honor and to be celebrated among friends.

In the month of February, Diana Aziz turns 6 yrs old and for the month of March, Nor Fakhrullah, A. Fahim Naufal, M. Hafdzi, Nur Farishah Aleyah and Iasser turns 6yrs old meanwhile Nuryn Azalea, M. Ammar Aisar, Ariana Damia turns 5yrs old and M. Zaeem turn 4 yrs old. Here are the Februarian and Marchian !

The children started with the usual assembly and solat, then up to their respective class room for reading session, not knowing that the teachers were planning a birthday party behind their back. When they came back down for their usual morning break, they were pleasantly surprised by the party preparation that was going on.

We gather them up for a quick zikir and doa recitation for the celebrated birthday girls and boys, then followed by the much anticipated birthday celebration. Time sure fly's when you are having fun, before they know it, its already time to go home. Our biggest gratitude to all the parents for all the food and goodies contribution. Parent's Reading Technique Workshop

It wasn't easy but we manage to make it happened. United as one, eleven Little Caliphs Centers collaborated for the Parent's Reading Technique workshop which was held recently.

We are fortunate for have more then one third of our student's parent among the hundreds to attend the workshop. The speaker was none other then the Little Caliphs founder herself Pn. Hajjah Sabariah Faridah, with her unique ways, surely delivered an interesting, informative and fun speech. Here are some of the photos that we snapped during the workshop.

Greeting everyone. Hope the year of 2011 has been good to you as it was for us. This week we had our monthly birthday celebration, celebrating 7 of our January born student. The children was pumped to found out that there will be a party at school. This month Nur Irdina, M. Zarif and Damia Iman turns 6yrs old, M. Zafri and Qaisara Seyit turns 5yrs old and not forgetting Ziyad Nuwairi and Husna Maisara turns 4yrs old. May you grow to become a good Khalifah of Allah.

It was a food galore alhamdulillah thanks to all the contribution that we receive from all the parents. Jazakallahu khairan kathira words cant describe our gratitude for all your kindness and support in making this event a success.

A good break after almost a month of studying and getting the hang of school especially for the first timer. At Little Caliphs Prima Saujana, we believe that real, life-changing learning happens in an environment of academic excellence, challenge, and personal connection not forgetting that it must be filled with fun hence the saying "All work and no play make Jack a dull boy".

Alhamdulillah,

We thank Allah for His grace and blessing for making our 1st Ihtifal & Mini Concert 2010 on 13th November runs smoothly. We had our doubt on the weather (being it was held outdoor and during the monsoon season) but alhamdulillah surprisingly that day it was nicely bright and sunny.

Since it was our 1st year, we collaborated with our friends from Little Caliphs Cyberjaya. The event started as per schedule, starting with recitation of verses 1 to 10 of Surah Yassin, then followed by public speaking entitled : Khalifah Of Allah, Rhythm Co-ordination, Nasyeed and finally the convocation of year 6 student both from Little Caliphs Cyberjaya followed by Little Caliphs Prima Saujana.

It was an emotional event to we see our pioneer graduate embarking in their next chapter of their life.Congratulation to Adam, Ammar, Syafiq, Sofea, Amyra, Hanis and Aisyah . You will forever have a special place in our heart :)

Salam,

We have now come to the end of the year. It was just a few clicks away that we first celebrated our first birthday party here in LCPS and today we had our last birthday party of the year 2010. Closing the year with a bang, we receive a special visit from 'Mr Balloon' the clown at our school which was sponsored by the birthday girl's parents (jazakallahu khayran). The children was ecstatically stunned and some was jumping with joy when they saw the clown walking inside the school compound. Each of them got a special sculpted balloons, goodies beg and prizes won in the party games. Our celebrated student; Adam & Hanis (6yrs old respectively) Asyraf and Aliya (4yrs old respectively) and also their friends surely will never forget the day the clown came to town :) Thank you so much for all the contributed food, alhamdulillah.

Assalamualaikum,

Recently we celebrated Nafiz Hakimi, Ahmad Iman, Nurul Iman (respectively 5yrs old) and Amyra (6yrs old) birthday at school. The day started with some 'Brain Gym' exercise indoor then followed by some sports outdoor. The children seems so excited when we divided them into gender. The ultimate race (sprint, rally, hopping & balancing) between girls and boys which ended with a tie. After that, comes the much awaited birthday party celebration followed by a party game & back to their classroom. It was surely a fun day at school!

Today marked the first day of school after the 3rd term school break and in conjunction with the month of Syawal, we held an 'Eid Mubarak' celebration at school. The girls looked so good with their baju kurung, some even with a jubah and hijjab. The boys looked ever so charming with their baju melayu and songkok/kupiah not forgetting the sampin. It was really refreshing to see them outside the school attire .

Assalamualaikum,

We are honored to be exclusively selected by Playhouse Disney Channel (Asia) to be apart of the 'Playhouse Disney Pre-School Outreach Program 2010', alhamdulillah.

They were at LC Prima Saujana promoting their 'Mickeymousekercize' campaign which is a series of exercise and healthy living campaign among children through play and fun learning activities. It was an interactive session filled with movement, language and problem solving activities which definitely will contribute to their social interaction and intellectual development.

It surely was a memorable yet fun and learning experience. Not only that , each student also walked away with an exclusive Disney giveaways and Mickey Mouse ears :) .Thank you Playhouse Disney and see you next year , insyaallah !!

Even more impressive that one of our student manage to complete her English reading series within 1 and a half month and now is the pioneer of 'Ultimate Readers' certified by Little Caliphs Prima Saujana. Assalamualaikum,

We celebrated another birthday boy turning of age today. Like the previous birthday party, the usual banner, balloons, cake and treats are all waiting for them. But these time around the teachers had a huge surprise installed just for them and especially to celebrate the birthday boy!!We set up a big bouncer/slider and the bubble machine (courtesy of ASK) in the kindergarten and the children were basically star struck. Today mark the end of the 2 week break for the 2nd term school holiday and the beginning of school . We welcome the children back to school with a new set of interior decoration, new educational toys, and not forgetting a new bubble machine.

The children were running and jumping with joy once the saw the bubble in different sizes and color floating everywhere at the school field. They were at awe when they saw the new decorated wall (murals) around the common areas and was so excited to see all the new educational toys waiting for them in the school. Welcome back children !

The much awaited annual excursion went smoothly thanked to all parents, the teachers, the trip service operator and most importantly the children. The day started with pre-trip briefing by the service operator followed by the visit to Beryl's Chocolate factory, then to Muzium Negara and Planeterium before stopping for lunch at Tasik Perdana. As the National Science Center was closed for internal maintenance, we decided to upgrade the visit to Petrosains instead. It was a beautiful day and the children really enjoyed themselves. Unlike the previous birthday celebration, the month of May belong to only 1 student. Our sweet Najihah turns 4yrs old this month and we are happy conduct the party especially for her. Assalamualaikum,

Don't you just wish that you've gone camping with your friends when you were younger? Well we believe that first hand experience are much more memorable and benefiting to the children. It is a right brain approach that is necessary for their multiple intelligent development and also teaches them the true value of the importance of planning, team work, self-sufficient, and appreciation. It definitely beats learning the theory concept of an out door activities such as camping and picnic. That is why we decided to have a 'Camping Day' at school (in the class room actually).

The whole camping experience is an elaborated planned activity that started prior to the camping day itself. The children was so excited when they assisted the teacher to put up the tent and once the tent is set up, they were screaming with joy.

'Camping Day' program is executed phase by phase starting from Bistari class, followed by Bijak class and lastly Pintar class, trough-out the first week of May 2010. So don't be shocked if your children inform you that they are going camping! Below are some picture taken on the initial 'Camping Day' program for Bistari Class :) ...

Last Monday, we invited Mr. Sri the representative from Britannica, for a quick demonstration on the audio and visual teaching aid and by the respond we receive from the children, we decided to add on the program to our teaching material.

Unlike other English program in the market, “Discover English with Ben and Bella” is based on new scientific discoveries leading to the development of immersive learning. It is an integrated program of DVDs, CDs, books and activities providing animated cartoons, live-action song and dance videos, sing-a-longs, stories and games. It follows the saying: One builds a tower with bricks; a language with words.

It has been 3 months since the children started schooling and the time has come for the much anticipated '1st Quarter of 2010' award ceremony. Winners are chosen based on their performances in class as well as during our active movement and circle time. 'Most Outstanding Student' awards are given to the student who is most active, independent and shows a positive attitude .These are the students who is the first to volunteers and always up for any new challenge.

The next Category is ' Tahfiz Surah Hafazan & Doa Lazim' awards are presented to the student who is able to remember all the doa's and hafazan surah taught to them for the past quarter of 2010. It's not easy to remember all the 4 doa's (before eating, after eating, before start learning, before entering toilet ) and 4 hafazan surah (Al-Fatihah, Al-Ikhlas, An-Nas, Al-Khausar) within these 3 short months. Let's check out the winners :

Assalamualaikum,

With the grace of Allah, and with great joy we present our 'Readers - Bahasa Malaysia' . These are the pioneer batch of students who managed to complete the compulsory reading books fluently in order to be certified as True Readers by Little Caliph Prima Saujana :). After all the hard work they put into for the past 3 months, finally they can read fluently in Bahasa Malaysia.

Finishing all the 8 series of 'Bacalah Anakku' was only the beginning, as currently they are reading in English and could be reading English fluently within the next few month.They definitely deserve all the recognition and we at Little Caliphs Prima Saujana would like to give them the proper acknowledgment by celebrating their accomplishment and presenting each of them a certificate, a token and their very own story book. Congratulation to Sofea Hani, Hanis Adalia, Syarifah Aisyah (all 6 yrs old) and Fatin Amni (5yrs old).They are now certified readers (Bahasa Malaysia) by Little Caliphs Prima Saujana. We are so proud of you, Alhamdulillah.

Birthdays are big at Little Caliphs Prima Saujana and just like any children, we simply love celebrating their turning of age. What is a birthday party if it not celebrated with friends and becoming the prince & princess of the day. This month Shafiq and Ammar turns 6yrs old while Afiq and Fatin turns 5. The mood was up for the past few days as these children knows that there will be a birthday party coming soon. March Babies 10'

We are honored to celebrate not 1o r 2 but 6 of our March born student birthday today. The children was so excited as soon as they saw the delicious cakes and the tempting cupcakes being carried across the hall.

The day started with them spending some time at the playground followed an indoor games to keep the motivation up and finally the much anticipated birthday celebration. It is a day packed with games and activities created especially for Sofea Hani, Hafdzi, Farishah, Maisarah, Iasser and Iman Haqeem.

We are so grateful to all of the parents who contribute foods and party packs to make the day merrier, Alhamdulillah ! ! The children (teachers too) had a fantastic time at school today . We let the pictures speak for themselves :

Assalamualaikum,

The children were so excited and started singing ' the wheel on the bus ' with goggles on their head all the way to the pool and as soon as they saw the swimming center, they started clapping knowing we have finally arrived.

Since all they children had changed into their swimming gears ahead in school, they started queuing in front of the pool gate right away. Check out these pictures snapped during the swimming lesson :)

Intensive Reading Session

1st term school holiday is just around the corner. Instead of letting the children watch television all day long, why not enroll them in our Intensive Reading Session which will not only be educational to them but also improve their reading ability .

To ensure your children get the fullest benefit from these program, we are limiting each session to only 2 student . As slots and seats are limited, all enrollment will be 'first come first served' basis. Contact us for further information.

Assalamualaikum.

Presenting our latest attraction in the kindy , a 12ft fully padded and netted trampoline ( can hold up to 3 adult at a time ). The children were waiting with full anticipation for the trampoline man, Mr Ray from Eduvantage, to finish assembling the trampoline.Once they got the thumbs up, everybody was jumping with joy ( even the teachers ) to give the brand new trampoline a ride. As a safety measure, only 3-4 student are allowed to jump at a time with supervision of a teacher.

The main reason why we decided on the trampoline is that it promote the development of body balance as while jumping, the children must locate new and constantly changing center of gravity and also understanding rhythm. Not only that, a trampoline is also a finest device available for the development of total coordination hence encouraging the children academic success as children ability to learn depends on the ability to control their movement. Plus it a whole lot of fun.

We are proud to be one of the elite few kindergarten in the country with a trampoline.

Workshop : Parent's Reading Technique

Assalamualaikum,

Four Little Caliphs Kindergarten came together and organized this event free of charge especially for parents on last Sunday, 7th February 2010 at Dewan Serbaguna Putrajaya . This workshop was attended by more then 50 parents in total . It was an honor to have the CEO of Little Caliphs Enterprice, Hj Roslan Nordin to give the opening speech followed by the key speaker, who was none other then Little Caliphs founder herself, Pn Hajjah Sabariah Faridah Jamaluddin, who brilliantly deliver a vibrant and lively speech which was enjoyed by all even the little ones there.

We would like to extend our gratitude to all Little Caliphs P.S parent's who attended this workshop, also to all Little Caliphs Kindergarten operators (Putrajaya, Cyberjaya & GMI Bangi) who worked hard in making the workshop a success. Here are some shots of the workshop :

Little Caliph Prima Saujana, Kajang celebrated birthday of our three adorable January babies. Irdina, Damia and Aida Qistina on the 20th January 2010. Thank you all parent for ensuring our guest of honor are present that day and for all the goodie begs.The student were ecstatic with 3 party pack each to bring home..We all had a blast !
